Development, both functionally & professionally, is very important to us. We aim to provide On the functional side opportunities for training and development by conducting in-house training programs that ensure continuous skill up-gradation in sync with the latest technological advances around the world and this enables an individual to enhance competencies. Beyond in-house training programs, we also participate in various events & workshops of the electrical industry.
We have been witnessing fast paced growth for the past 6 consecutive years and as a result growth opportunities on the professional front are very promising. On the non engineering front are opportunities in functions of Finance, Marketing & Sales, Human Resource and Administration & Compliance.
